"In order to keep a tax paying residential beachside safe from further erosion our City needs to change its Focus toward restoration of our coastline. Seawalls are not the end all be all to saving our coast line as they actually can create erosion.  Natural vegetation, within the dunes have roots that dig deep in the sand, and help to secure and build up dunes over time.  This is the only sustainable solution for the long haul with natural beauty to boot. This will not only make our community more desirable, but functional and livable for future generations."
